Frequently asked questions
Should I use an excuse instead of the truth?
Only as a polite way to explain a genuine delay. For anything important, a short honest explanation works better than an invented story.
Can I change the excuse?
Yes. Click again for a different one, or rewrite the details so it fits what actually happened.
