Workout Planner: A Week That Fits Your Actual Schedule

A plan only works if it fits your week. Setting days and minutes first keeps the workout realistic instead of ambitious for three days and abandoned.

What is the Workout Planner?

Choose a goal, how many days you can train, how long each session can be, and your level, and the tool builds a week of sessions with a focus and a rotating set of moves for each day. Beginners get fewer moves per session, advanced plans get more, and the weekly total is shown upfront so the plan fits your real week.

How to use it

  1. Choose your goal and level.
  2. Set days per week and minutes per session.
  3. Click Build My Workout Week and follow the day-by-day plan.

Worked example

A beginner strength plan of 3 days at 30 minutes gives 90 weekly minutes, with lower body, upper body, and core sessions.

What does a 3-day beginner strength week look like?

Three 30-minute sessions totalling 90 minutes: lower body, upper body, then core and balance, with three moves per session.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need gym equipment?

No. The moves in these plans use bodyweight and everyday space, so they work at home.

How do I progress next week?

Add one move per session or a few minutes per session, and keep at least one rest day between strength days.
