Frequently asked questions
What is a good WPM score?
For everyday typing, 40 to 60 WPM is solid, while trained typists often pass 80 WPM with high accuracy.
Does accuracy matter more than speed?
Yes, in practice. Fast typing full of errors needs correcting, so aim for accuracy first and let speed follow.
