Weekly Meal Planner: Decide Once, Eat Well All Week

Deciding dinner every evening is tiring. Planning the whole week once removes the daily question and makes the shopping list write itself.

What is the Weekly Meal Planner?

Pick a diet, servings per meal, and anything to avoid, and the tool writes a full week of meals, three per day, with any dish mentioning your avoided item flagged for swapping. The dishes are simple, everyday meals, not restaurant recipes, so the plan is easy to shop for and cook on a normal week.

How to use it

  1. Pick a diet and servings per meal.
  2. Add anything to avoid, if needed.
  3. Click Plan My Week of Meals and shop from the day-by-day list.

Worked example

A balanced plan for 2 servings covers 21 meals across 7 days, from oats with berries on Monday to roast vegetables with rice on Sunday dinner.

How many meals does this planner cover?

Twenty-one: breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each of the seven days, scaled to the servings you choose.
