Water Reminder Schedule: Space Your Glasses Across the Day
Drinking enough water is usually a spacing problem, not a willpower problem. An even schedule beats trying to catch up in the evening.
What is the Water Drink Reminder?
Enter your weight, glass size, and the hours you are awake, and the tool estimates a daily water target and spaces glasses evenly across the day. The result is a schedule to follow while the page is open: it plans the timing, but it does not send notifications outside the browser. Adjust the target if a doctor has given you a personal fluid limit.
How to use it
- Enter your weight and glass size.
- Set your start and end hours.
- Click Build My Water Schedule and follow the spaced times.
Worked example
At 70 kg with 250 ml glasses from 8 to 20, the target is about 2.31 litres, or 10 glasses spaced about every 72 minutes.
How many glasses does a 70 kg schedule need?
The estimate is 70 times 0.033, about 2.31 litres, which needs 10 glasses of 250 ml across the waking hours.
