How to Read a Habit Week at a Glance
A week of check-ins tells two stories: how often you showed up, and how long you kept it going without a break. This guide explains both numbers.
What is the Habit Tracker?
Streaks turn a vague intention into a visible pattern. Enter a habit and a week of yes-or-no check-ins, and this tool totals the completed days, works out the percentage, and finds the longest run of consecutive yes days. The list lives in memory for the session, with no account or stored profile behind it.
How to use it
- Enter the habit you want to track.
- Type a week of check-ins as yes or no values, separated by commas.
- Click Check Habit Week.
- Read the total, percentage, and longest streak.
Worked example
For Morning walk with five yes days in seven, the tool reports 5 of 7 days with a longest streak of 3 days.
What is the difference between total days and longest streak?
Total days count every yes in the week, while the longest streak counts only consecutive yes days, so a scattered week and a steady run look different.
Frequently asked questions
Does it save my history?
No. This version keeps the list in memory for the session and does not use stored profiles.
