Exam Countdown Planner: Turning Days Left Into a Study Split

A countdown feels less frightening once it becomes hours per topic. This planner does that division so the workload is visible.

What is the Exam Countdown Planner?

Enter the days left, the number of topics, and study hours per day. The tool divides total hours by topics and shows topics per day. It is a planning aid, not a grade guarantee: how well you study matters more than how the hours are divided.

How to use it

  1. Enter days until the exam.
  2. Enter topics to cover and hours per day.
  3. Click Plan My Countdown.

Worked example

With 14 days, 7 topics, and 2 hours a day, total study is 28 hours, or 4 hours per topic, at 0.5 topics per day.

How do 14 days and 7 topics split at 2 hours a day?

28 hours in total, 4 hours per topic, covering about half a topic per day.

Frequently asked questions

Will this guarantee a good grade?

No. It plans time only; understanding and practice decide the grade.

What if topics differ in size?

Split big topics across days and small ones together; the planner gives averages, not a fixed timetable.
